All models use the following materials.

• Connectors made of glass-filled nylon. The same material used to make automobile radiators and many other demanding applications.
• Car wash grade wheels for the sliding system.
• 6063 custom aluminum extrusion tracking rails for the sliding system.
• 8-18 stainless steel hardware.
• Marine-grade boat buckle brand ratchets for tarp hold down
• Marine-grade stainless steel zippers used on enclosures.

Frame material is 1 1/2” square 1/8 thick 6061 aluminum. All of our hardware is 18-8 stainless with marine grade anti-seize.
